Innovation and Technological Development

  • Development and Installation of a Highly Successful and Socially Accepted “Amal Arsenic Filter” at several Arsenic affected Villages in West Bengal and Bangladesh – first to install hand-pump attached arsenic removal unit in the world  
    • Developed domestic filter for arsenic and fluoride removal
    • Developed installed community filter for fluoride removal
  • Development of High Strength High Volume Fly Ash Concrete (1st time in India)
  • Technology development for high performance Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete
