Dr. Rana Basu

Rana Basu joined School of Management Sciences, IIEST Shibpur in 2017 as Assistant Professor. He earned his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India. His area of works is in the domain of quality and service management with specific relevance to information technology. He holds post-graduate degree (M.Tech) in Industrial Engineering and Management and his research / consulting interests include Total Quality Management, Lean, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Logistics Operations and Supply Chain Management and development of sustainable models for start-ups and SMEs. He is a regular reviewer of reputed international journals and is in editorial board of international journal. He has published his research findings in international journals and conferences of repute.
