Chandan Giri

About


Chandan Giri received B.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Calcutta University, Kolkata, India in 2002 and subsequently Masters of Engineering (M.E) in Computer Science & Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India in 2002 and the Ph.D degree from the Department of Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 2008.

He served as a Lecturer at the College of Engineering and Management, Kolaghat from 2002 to 2005. He served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, India, from 2008 to 2018. He is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Technology, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, India.

His research interests are Wireless Sensor Networks, testing and design-for-testability of integrated circuits (especially 3D and multicore chips), Microfluidic Biochip Design and Test. He served as a Conference/Symposium Co-Chair in many IEEE international conferences such as VLSI Design, VLSI Design, and Test (VDAT), ISED, ISDCS, RC, etc.. He is a member of IEEE and ACM.
