Ms. Minakshi Chakraborty, research scholar a research scholar at the School of Community Science & Technology under the guidance of Dr. Jayati Bhowal, participated in the international conference on “Functional Food & Nutraceutical Delivery,” jointly organized by Bioequivalence Study Jadavpur University, ABS Clinical Solution, and Hola Nutrition, Kolkata.

The event was held on 8th–9th March 2025, where she secured 3rd position in the poster presentation. Her topic was “Production of Pumpkin Seed Protein Hydrolysate for the Development of Functional Spread with Enhanced Bioactive Properties.”
