Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System of Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, addresses all stakeholders of the Institute. The development of ERP system was started in our Institute to manage day-to-day activities since 2007.

Modified SMILE ERP Systems funded by NPIU, Ministry of Education, GoI is being developed and installed to handle the current Institute’s activities.

Notice for ERP Self-Registration

The Institute is in the process of implementing ERP software for office automation with a view to expedite the official procedure and to preserve properly the data of each individual. Initially, the ‘user-id’ and ‘password’ for all categories of employees of the Institute are to be created in this software portal through self-registration.

Online self-registration to the SMILE ERP software for all categories of the employees of the Institute will be started from 20-06-2022 through (https://erp.iiests.ac.in/)

All the employees of this Institute are hereby requested to register themselves at the SMILE ERP software portal positively by 30-06-2022.

The following Help Desk for such registration shall run by ERP Technical Team (ETT) of the Institute from 20-06-2022 to 30-06-2022. (10.30a.m. to 2.30p.m.)
