I have joined the Institute in April, 2019. Prior to that, I was working as a visiting scientist for a short stint of 9 months with Robert Bosch Centre for Cyber Physical Systems (RBCCPS), Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. I was also associated with BITS, Pilani as a guest faculty from 2017-2018. I did my PhD from the Department of Aerospace Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. My doctoral research is in the area of Aeroelasticity of Flapping Wing based MAVs and is concerned with the development of low-dimensional analytical models of flexible wings undergoing insect-like flapping flight. My research interests are in the broad areas of Structural Dynamics, Aeroelasticity and Nonlinear Dynamics.
