She has been actively engaged as a researcher academician and philanthropist. She has done Bachelor of Science with Mathematics (Hons). She has attained the degree of Ph.D. from the University of Burdwan in the field of Human Resource Management. She has 18 years teaching and research experience. She has qualified UGC-NET (DEC-2012) in Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour and Social Welfare/Human Resource Management.
Research-She has contributed in the field of Organizational citizenship behavior, Green HRM, Drones-the effective game changer, Behavioural Operation Management, HR Analytics, Corporate Social Responsibility, Emotional intelligence, Employee Satisfaction in Banking Sector, Talent Management, Employee Motivation Human Capital Management, Quality of Work Life, Customer Satisfaction, Guerrilla Marketing.She has reviewed many research papers comprising Human Resource Management Review. She has delivered her service as a Faculty Member in Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Institute of Management Science, Kolkata, St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata, Bengal Institute of Technology & Management (Shantiniketan), ICFAI National College, Rourkela Institute of Management Studies and worked as a Personal Banker in HDFC Bank Ltd.
