Upcoming periodic workshops/ seminars/ interactions with entrepreneurs, investors, professionals

MHRD has established ‘MHRD’s Innovation Cell (MIC)’ to systematically foster the culture of Innovation amongst all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). MIC has envisioned formation of ‘Institution’s Innovation Council (IICs)’ across selected HEIs to conduct various innovation and entrepreneurship-related activities viz. periodic workshops/ seminars/ interactions with entrepreneurs, investors, professionals and has created a mentor pool for student innovators.

In order to promote continuous learning and benefit the students, faculties during lockdown period, MIC is providing exclusive opportunity to students and faculty to nurture and prototype new ideas through e-sessions on various innovation / IPR /Start-up related initiatives.

Out of planned 17 sessions, 9 online sessions are already completed during 28th April - 8th May 2020 with overwhelming response from faculties, staff and students in terms of number of views and submission of e-assignments. The remaining 8 online sessions will be telecasted on MIC Youtube Channel (https://www.youtube.com/mhrdinnovationcell) at 3.00 PM daily from 12th May  (Tuesday) till 22nd May 2020 whose details are attached as Annex-1. Past e-session videos are also available on the above link.

The basic information’s regarding e-sessions and participation guidelines are as follows. 

• No Prior Registration is required to attend the e-sessions and you can use your smartphone and laptop/desktop. 
• The time slot for the e-sessions are 3.00 PM to 4.00 PM (except Saturday and Sunday) from 12 th May 2020 onwards.
• Enrollment is Free. No Maximum limit set for Participants, anybody can join the session on YouTube. 
• Faculties, Students, and non-teaching staff can join the e-sessions. 
• Link for the e-Assignment will be available in the e-session page/description box and on submission of the same within 4 working   days from the conduct of the e-session. 
• The e-assessment link will be activated after the session is over. Before that e-assessment will not be accessible.
