The research presents supervised Machine Learning model that is used to identify porosity to get better fatigue resistance in Laser powder bed fusion manufacturing and Machine learning model that can be used to optimize the process parameters such as powder bed thickness, metallic powder size, Laser power and laser scan speed to get better density, strength and surface roughness.
