The sixth annual convocation of the Institute will be held on January 31, 2020. In order to facilitate issuance of bilingual certificates (in Hindi and English) all recipients of degrees in the forthcoming Convocation are requested to check the spellings of their names in both Hindi and English. A list prepared by the Institute has been published in the Institute website (link:- https://www.iiests.ac.in/IIEST/NoticeDetails/?id=1317). Recipients of degrees are requested to go through the list and suggest corrections, if any, in the spelling of Name etc. Suggestions for spelling correction may be mailed to the Deputy Registrar(Academic) at his official email id: dr.ac@iiests.ac.in. Only such emails as will be received on or before January 08, 2020 will be entertained.
